The standout line for me is about you not having high hopes for 2022. My 2020 started very very badly. Then it turned into my best year ever. Why? Because I had lower expectations. So everything that went well felt extra good. There's solid neuroscience here & I'm a fan of seeing happiness as emanating as much from poor predictions as from the nice stuff. I was so impressed with this realisation I wrote a whole thing about it.
